Simile
A simile is a figure of speech where unlike things are compared to each other, usually using the words "like" or "as".
She is sweet as candy.
He fights like a tiger.

Allegory
Allegory is when an entire story uses objects, people, actions, to represent another meaning that lie outside of the story.
